Refund policy

1. 90-day trial

You have 90 days after delivery to try AxiaLift. If it does not help your back, you may request a return.

2. Condition

Items must come back in working order, with accessories, cables, pump, and original packaging. Damage from misuse is not covered.

3. How to start

Email hello@axialift.com with your order number before you post anything. We will send packing instructions and the nearest return point.

4. Return shipping

Trial / change of mind: you cover return postage. Defective or wrong item: we cover it.

5. Damaged on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours with photos or video. We will replace or refund.

6. Not eligible

Water damage, modifications, extreme abuse, or gift cards.

7. Exchanges

Return the original, then place a new order for the size or model you want.

8. Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a dispute — we can usually resolve it faster.

10. EU withdrawal

EU customers keep their 14-day withdrawal right. Our 90-day trial is on top of that.
