1. Free shipping worldwide

Every order includes free tracked shipping. The price at checkout is the price you pay.

2. Processing

We pack orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

3. Delivery window

Once shipped, delivery is typically 10–15 business days depending on country. Total time is usually 11–17 business days.

4. Customs and duties

We prepay import charges where we can. If a local office asks you to pay a fee by mistake, do not pay it — email hello@axialift.com and we will sort it out.

5. Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan.

6. Late deliveries

No movement, or nothing after 20 business days? Email us with your name and order number.

7. Address

Please check the shipping address before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel that is already in transit, and we cannot refund a delivery made to the address you provided.
